 Format
18 holes of stroke play qualifying to determine qualifiers for match play flights of 8 or 16. General numerical draw will be used to determine matches with all matches at 18 holes. A match tied after 18 holes is deemed to extend on a hole-by-hole basis until there is a winner.
 Eligibility
Entries are open to amateur golfers who (1) were female only at birth, (2) are members at a member club of the Pennsylvania Golf Association, or an Individual Member of the PAGA, and (3) have a USGA Handicap Index of no more than 32.0. Players for the Senior Amateur Championship must be age 50 as of the first day of the event. Super-Senior players must be age 65 by the first day of the event. Preference will be given to the lowest up-to-date handicap indexes (minimum five scores posted prior to July 15 revision) in case of over-subscription. Indexes will be updated as of the July 15 revision date to determine starting field. All entries subject to approval by the Committee.
 Field
Limited to 112 total entries (48 Amateur, 48 Senior, 16 Super-Senior). There will be a total of seven possible flights of 16 players across all three divisions. Flights within each division will be determined upon close of entries to make the most competitive field for each group. There will be a minimum of one flight for each division. Amateur and Senior flights will compete in groups of 8 or 16, dependent on entries. Super-Senior players will compete in flights of 8. A minimum of six players is required for a flight of 8 and a minimum of 12 required for a flight of 16.
 Pairings

 Ties
Ties for the last place in the Championship Flight(s) will be determined by a hole by hole playoff immediately following stroke play. Positions in the draw for those players involved in a play-off will be determined by the order in which their “original qualifying scores” were returned. If it is impossible to decide the order in which those scores were returned positions will be determined by blind draw. In all other flights, ties for the last position and ties in qualifying rounds shall be decided by the order in which scores are returned, the first score to be returned receiving the lowest available number. A match tied after 18 holes is deemed to extend on a hole-by-hole basis until there is a winner.
