Davison Medalist at Sigel Match Play Championship

Camp Hill, PA- Qualifying for the 20th R. Jay Sigel Match Play was contested today at the immaculate West Shore Country Club.  This event honors the career accomplishments of one of America’s most decorated amateur players.

Seventy-two players contested 36 holes to grab one of the coveted 16 match play spots.  The host club champion Brady Davidson, defended home turf, and took medalist honors with a pair of 5-under par 65s. The cut line fell at even par.  The 16 players who qualified for match play will be back at the course at 8:00am Tuesday.  Also joining Davidson in the match play bracket are 2021 PA Amateur Champion and 2022 Play of the Year John Peters, 2022 PA Junior Champion Logan Paczewski, 2020 PA Player of the Year Rick Stimmel and 2023 George Dressler Champion Tim Novic.
